Yes we do! Here are the options on our website: 

- US & Canada - £18* - 7-10 working days 

- EU - £14* - 7-10 working days

UK Shipping: 

- Standard Shipping: £3.99 - up to 7 working days (or free when you spend £20+)

- Express Shipping: £6.99 - up to 3 working days (for non-personalised items only)

Disclaimer: While we always aim to meet these shipping times, occasionally we may be extra busy with orders, or have personal circumstance which may extend the dispatch times. I will always be personally in touch if this is the case. We also cannot control how long the parcel takes to get to you once it has been shipped from us. WHICH ANIMALS CAN USE HAMSHOUSECO ITEMS?

All of our products are made with non-toxic and animal-safe materials. They are made for hamsters mostly, but any rodent or small animal would enjoy all of our products. Please get in touch if you are unsure. 

WHY DID YOU START HAMSHOUSECO?

I have been active in the online hamster community for a while, and I'm super passionate about proper hamster care. I realised that there was a gap in the market for good-quality, affordable and cute personalised products for hamsters, so I decided to start making my own! Thanks for all your support so far x

HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS PACKAGED?

I carefully wrap all of our products in bubble wrap and package them into a cardboard box with lots of tissue paper to ensure that your items arrive in one piece! The package comes with a personalised message, freebies and a business card. The parcel has 'fragile' tape to ensure that postal delivery services treat the parcels with care. However, accidents happen, and we are very sorry if your item(s) arrives damaged. Please get in touch and we'll be happy to remedy any postal issues which may arise. 

WHO OWNS HAMSHOUSECO?

HamsHouseCo is run by me, Jess, a 23yo proper care advocate based in Surrey, UK. I pack all of your orders personally and design all social media posts/accounts, and the website too. I am often helped by my wonderful partner Mark. 

HOW CAN I BECOME AN AMBASSADOR?

We are currently not looking for new ambassadors. When we do need to look for new ambassadors, we tend to choose from Instagram accounts we have previously worked with, customers, accounts who have got in touch, or accounts we feel would fit into our incredible team of ambassadors well. Get in touch on Instagram if you would like to be considered in the future.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR ALL SMALL ANIMALS?

In short, yes! All the items we use and sell are 100% non-toxic, small-animal safe and handmade with care. We have a range of items to suit everyone from the teeniest robo to the biggest bunny. Please note that some of our treat mixes contain high-fat and high-protein ingredients, and they should be given in moderation alongside a healthy diet. Our ingredients are always available on the website, and if you're in doubt about a specific product, please get in touch!
